Restoration breathwork
With the pace and expectation of daily responsibilities - stress, overwhelm, and disconnection are on the rise. Fueling impulsive decision making, relational communication gaps, anxiety, and sleep struggles that have a significant effect on your daily life.
Restoration Breathwork is an embodiment journey designed to bring you into your body. Throughout your session you will find opportunity to tap into your inner awareness and your bodies most natural expression. Clearing out mental, emotional, and physical blockages.
After your session you may experience increased clarity and focus. A sense of peace and calm. Enhanced intuition. A stronger sense of personal agency. And more.
Restoration Breathwork employs vocal cues, rhythmic music, and, when appropriate, physical touch to facilitate a cathartic emotional release. This release may manifest through movement, shaking, vocalization, tears, or laughter. Harnessing the power of body and breath, you'll tap into your innate capacity to heal, sweeping away defenses, blockages, restrictions, and pains that hinder your authentic expression.
This is a 60 minute guided breathwork experience. Facilitated by Tyler Williams.

Doors open at 6:30pm.
Doors close at 6:55pm.
Restoration Breathwork begins at 7pm.
The session will end at 8pm with 15 minutes of open sharing to close out the event.
